英文摘要：
There are a lot of factors that can affect the operational efficiency of top management team （TMT） in EPC project. Based on statistics research and combined with the 28 principle, the key influencing factors of the operational efficiency of TMT in EPC project are achieved. Moreover, in the quantitative and empirical perspective, the paper gives the influence degree of the key influencing factors to the operational efficiency of TMT in EPC project, which provides a direction for managing these key influencing factors.
