目的:建立红外、紫外光谱指纹谱并测定燃烧值,综合评价12批复方川贝精片的质量差异。方法:采集190~400 nm范围内复方川贝精片紫外光谱建立其紫外光谱指纹谱,采用傅里叶红外分光光度仪记录4 000~400 cm-1范围内复方川贝精片红外光谱指纹谱,利用全自动量热仪测定本品燃烧热值。利用系统指纹定量法对本品3种检测方式进行质量评价,并对不同检测结果进行比较。结果:除S12外,其余各批在UV和IR指纹谱测定下定性相似度Sm均≥0.99;定量相似度Pm显示,IR检测和燃烧热测定各批样品含量比较接近,而S8、S9及S11样品中UV检测下化学物质含量明显高于其余两者检测结果;S12在三种检测方式下含量均最低。结论:IR-UV光谱指纹谱与燃烧热测定,可便捷的用于复方川贝精片质量控制,为中药材及其制剂的质量监控提供参考。
Objective : To establish IR and UV fingerprints and determine combustion heat and evaluate the quality difference among the 12 batches of Compound Fritillayr Extract Tablets as a whole. Method: The UV fingerprints of the samples were developed by recording the spectrum fronl 190 nm to 400 nm and IR fingerprints from 400 0 cm-1 to 400 cm-1 were established by Fourier infrared speetrophotometer. The heat of combustion was determined with automatic calorimeter. Systematically quantitative fingerprints method was adopted to evaluate the quality based on above methods and the results were compared. Result: Except for S12, the qualitative similarity ( Sm ) of the others were not less than 0.99. The qualitative similarity ( Pm) of all the samples got from IR fingerprints was similar to that h'om heat of combustion, while the contents of chemical substance in S8, S9 and Sij detected by UV fingerprints were higher than that by IR fingerprints and heat of combustion and the content in Sn was lowest got from above three methods. Conclusion : IR and UV fingerprints combined with combustion heat determination could better control the quality of Compound Fritillayr Extract Tablets and provide a reference for controlling the quality of Chinese herbal medicine and its preparation.
