建立柏子养心丸的高效液相指纹图谱、紫外指纹图谱、红外指纹图谱以及燃烧热谱,基于优势互补原则,用5种模型对上述分析方法进行整合,每种分析方法均用系统指纹定量法评价柏子养心丸质量。综合分析结果显示1批质量稍差(5级或以上),1批质量差异显著,其余批次质量较好(3级或以下)。色谱、光谱指纹图谱及燃烧热实现了对中药全化学成分(双键、三键和饱和键)的全面监测,为中药质量控制提出一种新思路。
The HPLC fingerprints, ultraviolet spectrum fingerprints, infrared spectrum fingerprints and the combustion heat ofBaizi Yangxin Pills were developed. Based on the principle of complementary advantages, five models were integrated and the systematic qualified fingerprint method was used to evaluate the quality of the medicine. Finally, the results showed that one batch (the grade≥5) was worse. The quality grade of one batch was different in different analytical methods, and the others (the grade≤3) were better. All the chemical constituents were comprehensively monitored by merging the spectrum fingerprints, chromatograph fingerprints and combustion heat, which showed it could be a novel media for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
