目的建立防风通圣丸反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱,用多维乘方指纹图谱评价样品质量。方法选用Poroshell 20SB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸水溶液,体积流量0.5 mL/min,进样量5μL,柱温(30.0±0.1)℃,检测波长265 nm。结果以黄芩苷为参照物峰,确定59个共有指纹峰,以8级系统指纹定量法评价12批样品质量,并测定各批次样品中黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的量。结论高效液相结合乘方指纹图谱能更准确监测样品中防风通圣丸有效成分含有量差异。
AIM To establish RP-HPLC fingerprint of Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills,and evaluate the quality of Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills by involution fingerprint. METHODS The analysis was performed on Poroshell 20SBC18column( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,2. 7 μm) and column temperature maintained at( 30. 0 ± 0. 1) ℃,and methanol-1. 0% glacial acetic acid water was used as mobile phase,the flow rate of 0. 5 mL / min and the sample injection size of 5 μL were adopted. Wavelength was set at 265 nm. RESULTS Choosing baicalin peak as the reference peak and 59 fingeprint peaks were identified. Assessment of the 8th level systematically quantified fingcrprint method based on RP-HPLC combined with involution fingerprint was used for twelve batches of Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills. CONCLUSION RP-HPLC combined with involution fingerprint method can well reflect the quantity of Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills.
