目的:建立红参的HPLC指纹图谱,为红参药材的质量控制提供方法依据并为其制剂提供基本的指纹图谱。方法:利用反相HPLC法分析红参乙醇提取物,采用大连江申CenturySILC18AQ柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1mol/LNaH2P04水溶液一乙腈溶剂系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长203nm,柱温(30±0.15)℃,进样量20μL。结果:以腺苷峰为参照物峰,确定30个共有峰,测定了10个不同产地红参HPLC指纹图谱的相似度。结论:所建立的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,适用于红参药材的质量控制。
Objective: A HPLC fingerprint method for the quality control of Panax Ginseng rubra has been established. Methods: The chromatographic fingerprints were determined by injecting 20μl of the sample solution each time on a CentriSIL C18 AQ column (20cm x 4. 6mm,5μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of 0.l mol/L NaH2PO4 aqueous solution-acetonitrile. The flow rate was lmL/min,the column temperature was maintained at (30±0. 15)℃ and the signals were acquired at 203nm. Resets: 30 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks and the similarities between each of the ten areas and the standard chromatographic fingerprints of Panax Ginseng ntbra were calculated while taking adenosine peak as the reference peak. Conclusion: This method with good characteristics and specificity can be used in the quality control of Panax Ginseng rubra.
