英文摘要：

Family friendly policies enable employees to achieve work-famliy balance. Social work is aimed at ＂helping people help themselves＂ and pushes the development of work and family through scientific methods. Family friendly policies expand a new vision for social work,while social work provides them with technical support. This study includes that we can create a cultural atmosphere,obtain resource support and innovative management modes to promote them have a coordinated development. It＇s helpful to realize their complementary advantages and promote the interdisciplinary research of management and sociology.
