家庭亲善政策是组织促进员工平衡工作、家庭角色及责任的重要方式;社会工作以助人、自助为宗旨,借助科学方法推进工作和家庭两个领域的共同发展。家庭亲善政策为社会工作拓展了新视野,社会工作为家庭亲善政策的实践提供了技术支持。为促进家庭亲善政策与社会工作的协同发展,应从三个层面着手:营造文化氛围;获取资源支持;创新管理方式。对两者间关系的探究有助于实现其优势互补,丰富管理学与社会学的跨领域研究。
Family friendly policies enable employees to achieve work-famliy balance. Social work is aimed at "helping people help themselves" and pushes the development of work and family through scientific methods. Family friendly policies expand a new vision for social work,while social work provides them with technical support. This study includes that we can create a cultural atmosphere,obtain resource support and innovative management modes to promote them have a coordinated development. It's helpful to realize their complementary advantages and promote the interdisciplinary research of management and sociology.
