研究基于组织学习理论,验证员工信息素养与创造力的关系,探讨知识分享行为在组织学习与员工信息素养之间的调节作用。通过采集中国内地30个地区505名知识型员工的调查数据,运用相关性分析和结构方程模型对所提假设进行验证,结果表明:组织学习与员工信息素养呈显著相关,员工信息素养与员工创造力呈显著相关,员工信息素养在组织学习与员工创造力之间具有中介作用,知识分享行为在组织学习与员工信息素养之间具有调节作用。
Based on organizational learning theory, we explore the relationship between employee information litera- cy and creativity and the moderating role of knowledge sharing behavior between organizational learning and em- ployee information literacy. We have collected data from 505 knowledge workers in 30 regions of mainland Chi- na to validate hypothesis. The results showed that: Organizational learning is significantly correlated with employee information literacy; employee information literacy is significantly correlated with creativity of employees; employee information literacy has mediating role between organizational learning and employee creativity; knowledge sharing has moderating role behavior between organizational leaming and employee information literacy.
