通过收入差距和粮食安全的视角,对近年来我国城镇居民畜产品消费问题进行比较系统的分析研究,表明：随着中国经济的发展和人民收入水平的提高,城镇居民的畜产品消费总量、消费结构、消费形态和消费质量均发生了不同程度的变化。整体上看,畜产品消费的数量和质量均有所提高,消费的社会化程度也不断增强。不过在消费结构、畜产品质量安全上仍存在一些不容忽视的问题,通过调整畜产品消费和生产结构、提高中低收入者收入水平、加强畜产品质量安全的监管,将是解决问题的有效手段。
英文摘要：
Based on the Perspective of Income Disparities and Food Security,this paper makes a systematic analysis on consumption of animal products by urban residents in recent years.It shows that with the development of China＇s economy and increases of urban residents＇ income level,their livestock consumption,consumption structure,consumption patterns and quality have changed in varying degrees.Overall,consumption of animal products is increased in both quantity and quality.The degree of socialization in consumption is growing.However,in the consumption structure and safety of animal products,there are still some problems that can not be ignored.It would be an effective means to raise the income level of low-income people and strengthen supervision of safety of animal products.
