东北地区蔬菜大棚内黄瓜枯萎病病株上镰孢菌的分离和鉴定

自东北三省蔬菜大棚内采集38株未嫁接黄瓜的枯萎病病株,采用组织分离法,共获得376株镰孢菌,根据形态鉴定,确定属于6种镰孢菌,其中尖孢镰孢（Fusarium oxysporum）占82.18%,木贼镰孢（F. equiseti）占9.31%,腐皮镰孢（F. solani）占4.52%,半裸镰孢（F.semitectum）占2.93%,串珠镰孢（F. monilifrorme）和锐顶镰孢（F. acuminatum）分别只占0.53%.从辽宁省采集的8株长势弱的嫁接黄瓜植株根茎上分离到20株镰孢菌,分别为串珠镰孢（8株）、尖孢镰孢（7株）、半裸镰孢（4株）和木贼镰孢（1株）.

英文摘要：

376 isolates of Fusarium species were obtained from 38 cucumber plants showing wilt symptom in vegetable greenhouses in Northeastern China. Based on morphological characteristics, these isolates were identified to 6 species, namely F. oxysporum（82.1%）, F. equiseti（9.31%）, F. solani（4.52%）, F. semitectum（2.93%）, F. moniliforme（0.53%） and F. acuminatum（0.53%）. 20 Fusarium isolates were got from 8 grafted cucumber plants growing weakly in vegetable greenhouses in Liaoning Province, they belong to F. monilifotme（8 isolates）, F, oxyspornm（7 isolates）, F. semitectum（4 isolates） and F. equiseti（l isolate）.
