从3年生栽培黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)的根、茎、叶中分离出54株内生真菌,其中生长期(7月份)采集的样品中分离出内生真菌24株,成熟期(10月)份采集的样品中分离出内生真菌30株.以枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、深红酵母(Rhodotorula rubra)为指示菌进行抑菌试验,发现生长期黄芩中有7株内生真菌抑菌活性较强,其中SBG5菌株抑菌活性极强;成熟期采集的黄芩中有10株内生真菌至少对1种指示菌抑制效果较好,有4株显示出极强活性.通过对17株较高活性菌株的菌落形态及显微特征观察,发现它们隶属于镰孢霉属(Fusarium Link)、小葚核属(Minimedusa Weresub & Le Clair)、枝顶孢属(Acremomum Link:Fr.)等属.
Fifty-four endophytic fungus were isolated from roots, stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi which had been cultured for three years. Twenty-four strains were obtained from S. baicalensis in July,and thirty strains were obtained from S. baicalensis in October. The inhibitory activity screening were conducted with three species of microbe (Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Rhodotorula rubra ). Seven strains in S. baicalensis in July possessed higher inhibitory activity, and SBG5 was the best one among them. Ten isolates in S. baicalensis in October showed bioactivity at least to one indictor,and four of them possessed particular high bioactivity. These strains with higher inhibitory activity were identified by the bacterial colony trait and the morphological characters,and they were proved to belong to Fusariurn Link, Minirnedusa Weresub & Le Clair,Acremoniurn Link " Fr. and so on.
