研究报道了嗜热戴氏霉属菌株的产纤维素酶情况。通过滤纸培养基初筛,发酵液CMC酶活复筛。从供试的大孢戴氏霉Taifang-laniamajorGZUIFR-H57.2、GZUIFR-H52-1,合川戴氏霉r由e曲uanen豳GZUIFR—H08—1和戴氏霉Taifanglaniasp.GZU/FR-PH430等4个菌株中观察到,除菌株GZUIFR.PH4304无纤维素酶活外,其他3个菌株都显示有不同程度的纤维素酶CMC酶活。其中,合川戴氏霉GZUIFR-H08.1菌株CMC酶活最高,达到了228.61U/mL。
Cellulase produnced by Taifanglania spp. were studied and reported. Through the preliminary screening in filter paper solid medium and second screening of CMCase activity measured in fermentation liquor. Besides the strain Taifanglania sp. GZUIFR-PH430 without cellulose activity, other 3 strains tested, Taifanglania major GZUIFR-H57-2, GZUIFR-H52-1 and T. hechuanensis GZUIFR-H08-1 all had CMCase activity. Of which the strain Taifanglania hechuanensis GZUIFR-H08-1 got the best in CMCase activity, up to 228.61U/ml.
