提出了一种基于PC机组态软件的嵌入式机器视觉测控一体机的设计方法,并研发出样机。该一体机采用CCD板型相机进行图像采集,利用FPGA的FIFO和DSP的PDT技术进行图像传输;以DSP作为图像处理核心,实现图像预处理、特征提取和智能识别;基于Modbus/TCP协议实现了以太网通信,并通过三层视觉工具库实现了PC机组态软件。该一体机已通过工业级测试,并应用于工业现场。稳定性、可靠性和实时性有保证,可广泛应用于工业监测和控制领域。
A design method of machine vision intergrator based on the PC configuration software is proposed,and the prototype has been made.The integrator captures Images using the structure of CCD camera,and transfers images with the technology of the FIFO and the PDT.DSP is the main processor for image pre-processing,feature extraction and intelligent recognition.It implements the Ethernet Communication based on Modbus/TCP,and achieves the PC configuration software through the visual tool library which has three layers.The machine has passed industrial-level testings and has been used in the industrial field.The integrator can be widely used in the monitor and control field,for its stability,reliability and real-time property can be guaranteed.
