为了满足不同材质布料的刺绣需求,提高工业绣花机刺绣质量,提出一种平包针补偿的新方法。首先,在分析平包针特征的基础上,总结出平包针的必备条件,并建立链表保存满足条件的各平包针段;然后,根据平面几何原理,采取从一般到特殊的方式研究出平包针的补偿方案;最后在自主研发的基于ARM7的工业绣花机控制器上实现。测试结果表明,该方法对平包针的正、负补偿效果都很显著。
To meet the different needs of embroidery cloth materials and enhance the quality of embroidery, the paper presents an idiographic measure of satin stitches compensation. Firstly, on analysis of satin stitch's characteristics, the paper summarizes the necessary conditions of satin stitches, and creates a chained list to store each satin stitches segments; Secondly, the compensation method is put forward according to plane geometry. The method has been implemented on Industrial Embroidery Machine controller, whose CPU is ARMT. The experimental result shows that this method is effective to both positive and negative compensation.
