为加快图像采集速度和加强对图像有效信息的充分利用,提出了一种基于FPGA的CCD局部图像读取系统的设计方法。采用VSP01M01作为驱动芯片,完成双采样、模数转换、增益放大等功能,在模拟前端设计特殊时序直接驱动CCD以产生局部信号,以FPGA作为图像采集系统的控制核心,完成了对局部图像的快速采集。该系统已在对针布、接插件等特定工件的检测中实现,实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定、数据传输的实时性强、图像品质高,局部图像传输速度高达114fps,充分满足了工业现场对相机采集速度的要求。
To speed up the image acquisition and make full use of effective information,a design method of CCD partial image scanning system is presented.Using VSP01M01 as a driving chip,it achieves double-sampling,realizes analog-digital conversion and gain am-plification.In order to produce partial information,special timing is designed to drive CCD directly in the analog front-end.Take FPGA as control center of the image acquisition system,completing rapid acquisition for the partial image.The system is realized in detection of the workpieces such as sawtooh and connectors.Experiments show that the system has stable performance,real-time data transmission and high quality images.The speed of image transmission is up to 114 frames per second.It can fully satisfy the speed of camera acquisition for industrial field.
