为了实现高速运动物体的高品质实时检测,提出一种基于面阵CCD的快速曝光图像采集系统的设计方法。采用VSP01M01作为驱动芯片,在外触发模式下,在同一帧图像的读出脉冲之前进行曝光,以FPGA作为图像采集系统的控制核心,完成对快速运动图像的快速采集。实验测试表明,系统具有性能稳定、数据传输实时性强、图像品质高,快门时间最快可达10^-4s,充分满足了工业现场对相机采集快门速度的要求,此系统已在以直线电机为运动载体的轴承检测中实现。
In order to implement the measurement of high-quality and real-time for fast moving object,a design method for image acquisition system of fast exposure based on array CCD is presented.Using VSP01M01 as a driver chip,and external trigger mode,it exposes before the readout pulse in the same frame.Taking FPGA as control center of the image acquisition system,it completes the rapid acquisition of the move image.The system is realized in detection of the bearing on linear motor.The experiments show that the system has stable performance,real-time data transmission and high quality images.The time of fastest exposure is up to 10^-4 seconds.It can fully meet the requirements of shutter speed in the industrial field.
