微波作为一种新颖的加热方式,极大地提高了有机合成的效率。对于微波促进有机合成反应机理,人们提出了它具有“非热效应”。本文从微波对分子的影响、微波光量子对化学键的影响以及微波对化学反应的影响3个方面,对“非热效应”存在的理论依据进行了阐述;从理论、实验以及两者相结合的角度,对“非热效应”的研究方法与技术进行了综述。
As a new heating technology, the microwave extraordinarily improves the efficiency in organic synthesis. The investigations on the mechanism of microwave-accelerated organic synthesis were supposed to be a "non-thermal effects". The theoretical foundation of non-thermal effects was studied on the basis of the impact of microwave on molecules, chemical bonds and the chemical reactions. The studying methods and the especial technologies for evidencing the nonthermal effects in microwave assisted organic synthesis were reviewed.
