在回顾显、隐性知识管理文献的基础上总结了科研团队隐性知识共享的特点。利用社会网络分析,结合案例重点,研究了影响科研团队隐性知识共享的结构性要素。针对这些要素可能产生的障碍提出了相应的解决措施。
Based on the literature of the explicit and tacit knowledge management, some key features of tacit knowledge sharing in the scientific research team are concluded. Via a case study with the social network analysis, this paper sheds light on the structural factors impacting the tacit knowledge sharing in scientific research team. Finally, measures dealing with the potential structural obstacles are advanced.
