采用具有高折射率的高聚物-聚氨酯作介质,替代传统的镀铝层,形成一种新颖的透明激光全息防伪薄膜,不仅防伪性能增强、成本降低,还可开发其他应用功能。在激光全息照片上上银电极,用电铸的方法制成金属模版。通过调节多元醇和异氰酸酯的配比和反应方式配制聚氨酯,并被均匀涂布到塑料基膜(PET或BOPP等)上,形成激光全息图案的信息承载层。该信息层具有较高透明度和折射率,可见光透射率为90%以上;折射率n能达到1.8以上。用金属模版对信息承载层施以100℃温度和0.2MPa的压力进行模压,就能得到透明激光全息薄膜,能够在透明的同时清晰地展现激光全息图像。
Traditional aluminum-plated layer was replace by polyurethane (PU), which had high refractivity, to prepare a novel transparent anti-counterfeiting film with laser hologram. The anti-counterfeiting property of the prepared film was improved, while the cost of the production of the film was lowered, and other applications of the film could be developed. Hologram photograph could be coped in a metal by means of electrotype. The PU could be prepared by adjusting the composition ratio of polyols to isocyanate, and then be coated well on PET or BOPP matrix film, formed carrier film for the laser hologram. The carrier film had good transparency and high refractivity, the transmittance was higher than 90 %, and the refractivity was more than 1.8. The carrier film was press moulded with metal mould plate by 0.2 MPa at 100 ℃ to form transparent laser holographic film, on which clear laser holographic patterns could be seen.
