以112头皖南黑猪为研究对象,采用PCR.SSCP方法检测胆固醇酯转运蛋白(cholesteryl ester transfer protein,CETP)基因的多态性。结果表明:(1)皖南黑猪CETP基因第1内含子795碱基处发生c—T突变(C795T);(2)在C795T突变位点中检测到CC、CT、TT3种基因型,其基因型频率分别为0.6250、0.3036和0.0714:C的基因频率为0.7768,T的基因频率为0.2232;(3)皖南黑猪CETP基因的多态信息含量(PIC)为0.2866,该位点处于中度多态;卡方检验表明,该位点的X^2值为1.7388,处于哈迪-温伯格平衡状态。
One hundred and twelve pigs from Wannan Black population were used for detecting the poly- morphism of CETP gene by PCR-SSCP method. The results show as follows. (1) C〉T mutation (C795T) occurred in 795 base position of intron 1; (2) Three genotypes (CC, CT and TT) were found in C795T site, genotypic frequency of CC, CT and TT was 0.625 0, 0.303 6 and 0.071 4, respectively, gene frequency of C and T was 0.776 8 and 0.223 2, respectively; (3) The polymorphism information content (PIC) was 0.286 6 in Wannan Black popula- tion, which indicated it was moderate polymorphism. The X2 value was 1.738 8, which was in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in Wannan Black population (P〉0. 05).
