通过对生物制药供应链公共服务管理平台体系的研究.结果表明：在政府的引导下构建并运营基于供应链管理的生物制药公共服务管理平台,可以实现生物制药供应链各关联主体协同、整合资源和降低风险、降低运营成本、缩短药品面市的时间、促进信息的快速流通和彼此共享以及确保药品质量和用药安全等目标.
英文摘要：
This paper, by using the basic idea of supply chain management and biological technology innovation manage- ment, researches on the public service management platform system of biological pharmaceutical supply chain. The result shows that construction and operation of biological pharmacy public service management platform based on supply chain man- agement under the guidance of the government can achieve the following goals： each related subject in biological pharmaceu- tical supply chain coordination, integration of resources and reduce the risk, promoting information fast circulation and share, ensuring the quality of drugs and medication safety.
