目的优化大枣叶中甜味抑制剂的提取及纯化工艺。方法采用L9(3^4)正交设计法安排实验,以浸膏得率,甜味抑制剂提取率为考察指标,筛选最佳提取方法,再用不同型号大孔树脂吸附法纯化大枣叶中的甜味抑制剂。结果优选出最佳水提工艺为加入8倍量的水,浸泡30min,提取3次,每次1小时。最佳纯化工艺为用HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂吸附,70%乙醇洗脱,纯度最高。结论优选的提取及纯化方法稳定、合理,可为大生产提供依据。
Objective : The objective of this study was to optimize the process of sweet-inhibitors and investigate the purification conditions of macroporous resin for sweet-inhibitors from jujube leaves. Methods The process was optimized by L9 (3^4) orthogonal design, and purifying methods was selected by different macroporous resin adsorption method. Results : The optimum extracting condition was soaking in water for half an hour, extraction 1 hours, 3 times, the amount of water used was 8 times of the leaves weight.
