红花具有活血通经,散瘀止痛的功效,有轻度兴奋心脏、降低冠脉阻力、增加冠脉流量和心肌营养性血流量的作用,临床用于预防和治疗冠心病、脑血栓、月经不调、类风湿性关节炎和结节性红斑等疾病。到目前为止,从红花中先后分离得到的化学成分有黄酮类、聚炔类、生物碱类、醌式查尔酮类、木脂素类、亚精胺类、烷基二醇类、有机酸类、甾族类、甾醇类等。由于红花成分的多样性和药理作用的广泛性,以及物美价廉的特性,从本世纪初对红花的成分和药理药效的研究一直是科研人员研究的热点,对红花近年来国内外化学成分的研究进展进行综述,以便于对该药材资源进行更好地研究、开发和利用。
Honghua (Flos Carthami ) has the effects of activating blood flow and dredging meridians, dispesing blood stasis and checking pain, stimulating the heart slightly, reducing the coronary resistance, increasing the blood flow of the coronary artery and the nutritional blood flow of the myocardium. Clinically it is used for preventing and treating coronary heart disease, cerebral thrombosis,irregular menstruation, rheumatoid arthritis and erythema nodosum.
