通过测定Cr^6+和小牛胸腺DNA对加替沙星的荧光猝灭,考察了Cr^6+对加替沙星和DNA结合的影响.结果发现Cr^6+和DNA对加替沙星都有不同程度的荧光猝灭作用,且Cr^6+能够降低加替沙星与DNA的结合常数,原因可能是Cr^6+在加替沙星与DNA的反应中对加替沙星有竞争效应,或者Cr^6+与加替沙星生成了络合物.
After investigating the complex reaction of gatifloxacin with Cr^6+ and calf thymus DNA,influence of Cr^6+ on the binding ability of gatifloxacin with DNA was analyzed. The result shows that Cr^6+ and DNA could separately quench fluorescence of gatifloxacin; Cr^6+ can reduce binding ability of gatifloxacin with DNA. The reasonable consideration of the results may be:Cr^6+ act a role of competition against gatifloxacin or Cr^6+ bind with gatifloxacin.
