采用荧光光谱法研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、甲基-β-环糊精(M-β-CD)、磺丁基-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)在室温下、一定pH值的缓冲溶液中,对葛根素(puerarin)的包合作用.在固定葛根素溶液浓度和改变β-环糊精及其衍生物浓度的情况下,根据葛根素的荧光发射波长的变化、荧光强度的增强表明了包合物的形成,用荧光双倒数法计算了口.环糊精及其衍生物与葛根素的包合常数,由包合常数看出,在室温下和pH=9的缓冲体系中,磺丁基-β-环糊精对葛根素的包合能力最强,且β-环糊精及其衍生物与葛根素的包合物的包.合比均为1:1.
The inclusion behaviors of puerarin with fl-cyclodextrin (β-CD), hydroxyproyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β- CD), methyl-β-cyclodextrin (M-β-CD) and sulfobuty-β-cyclodextrin (SBE-β-CD) were investigated using fluorescence spectroscopy at room temperature and the stated pH. Remarkable fluorescence emission enhancement and changes in its emission wavelengths upon addition of CDs suggested the formation of complexs, and the formation constants between puerarin and CDs were determined by fluorescence spectrometric method. The formation constants showed the strongest inclusion capacity for puerarin is SBE-β-CD in pH = 9 buffer solution at .room temperature, meanwhile the inclusion ratio is 1:1 in β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives.
