采用荧光光谱法研究了Cu2+对1-酮-2-(对二甲氨基苯亚甲基)-四氢萘(KDTN)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)相互作用的影响.结果表明,Cu2+的存在对KDTN与HSA的猝灭类型及分子之间作用力没有影响,使KDTN对HSA的猝灭效应增强;荧光猝灭双倒数曲线表明,Cu2+的存在使KDTN与HSA的结合常数发生明显变化,结合位点仍接近1.
The effect of metal ion Cu2+ on the interaction between 1-keto-2-(p-demethylaminobenzal)-Tet rahydronap-hthalene (KDTN)and human serum albumin (HSA)was investigated with the use of fluorescence spectroscopy. It was shown thatthe presence of Cu2+ had no effect on the type of quenching and the intermolecular force of KDTN and HSA,but the effect ofquenching of HSA was strengthened by KDTN. According to Stern-Volmer equation and double-reciprocal equation,the bindingsites of KDTN and HSA changed evidently in the presence of Cu2+,but the number was still about 1.
