目前,"人力资本所有者分享企业所有权"理论仍存在很多缺陷,这些缺陷阻碍了该理论的进一步发展。因为契约的期限性质是判定企业所有者的前提,人力资本所有者对企业收益的形成和分配的实质性影响和控制是其成为企业所有者的内在原因,因此长期人力资本所有者应该成为企业的所有者。
