本文利用2005-2006年期间的中国企业职工平均工资数据,测算了企业职工收入差距;利用八个行业特征的数据.采用面板回归方法估算了行业收入方程,进而用费景汉-拉尼斯的分解方法对我国企业职工收入差距进行分解分析。我们发现,行业的所有制结构和国家垄断依然是我国行业差距产生的主要原因之一,两者的综合贡献率超过1/4,但在本文的考察期间两者的综合贡献率正在下降;行业生产效率和资本密集程度等经济发展因素的差异是当前我国工业行业收入差距产生的首要原因;外商直接投资的增加有助于企业职工平均工资水平的提高,也有助于行业收入差距的缩小;行业的就业规模、性别结构和经营管理水平对行业收入差距也有一定的影响。
This paper calculates China's industry wage inequality with the average wage data in 2005 and 2006, and estimates industry income equation based on panel data with 8 industry feature. Finally, we make a decomposing analysis of China's industry wage gap with Fei-Rainis decomposing methods. We find that the ownership structure and state monopoly are the important factor causing industry income inequality. Their synthesize contribution exceed 1/4, although it is decreasing. Economic development factors such as production efficiency and capital- intensive are the most important factor causing industry wage inequality. FDI help increase wage and reduce wage inequality. Also the scale of employment, sex structure and management capacity contribute to industry wage inequality.
