首先分析培训对农民就业选择和收入增长的影响机制,然后利用天津市农调队2003年数据进行了实证分析,结果表明培训是影响农户就业选择和收入增长的一个重要因素。受过培训的农户人均纯收入和劳均纯收入要远远高于没有受过培训的农户,第一产业收入相差不大,收入差距主要来源于非农收入差距,而且培训率越高,人均纯收入、劳均纯收入和非农收入也越高。从农户就业状况来看,受过专业培训的农户劳动力主要从事非农产业就业,而且培训率越高,非农就业的比率也越大;从就业地点来看,经过培训的劳动力越容易在本地得到就业机会;从就业时间来看,受过培训的农户非农就业时间要远远高于农业就业时间,而且培训率越高,农户非农就业专业化的倾向也越明显。
This paper first analyses how training impacts employee selection and income growth, then gives the statistic results using Tianjin rural investigation data (2003). Result shows: Training level is an important factor that impacts employee selection and income growth of rural household. The average net income per person and per labor of trained household is higher than these of non - trained household respectively. The income gap of primary industry between the two kinds of households is small and the source of income gap comes from nonfarm income mainly. The higher training rate raises the average net income per person ,average net income per labor and nonfarm income. Trained labor is easy to get the chance employing in local enterprise. The nonfarm employee time of trained rural household is more than this of non - trained household. The higher training rate raises the specialty trend of nonfarm employee.
