行业收入差距不断扩大引起国家和社会的重视。文章通过对行业收入差距相关研究文献的梳理总结，主要从四方面分析现有文献对于行业收入差距的研究：行业收入差距的计算方法，变动趋势，影响因素和政策选择。通过对现有文献的综合分析，得到现有文献中存在的问题：我国行业收入差距测算指标使用混乱，数据基础薄弱；对影响因素的分析过于片面，大多数集中在垄断因素的分析，对其他影响因素分析较少。
英文摘要：
Industry income gap in China has become the hot issue which the government and society pay much attention to. This paper tries to analyze the existing literature relating to industry income gap from the four aspects： the calculation method of industry income gap, changes in trends, factors and policy options. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing literature, there are problems can be found in the existing literature. On one hand, the choice of proper index is confused, the data foundation is weak, on the other hand, the analysis of factors are not comprehensive, mainly focused on the monopoly factors, and the analysis of other factors are not enough.
