社会收入分配和谐度是用来衡量社会收入分配的和谐程度,是指一个特定区域范围内收入分配与效率分配的关系程度,既关注收入分配的公平,也关注经济效率的高低。本文试图从公平和效率两个方面,就劳动收入分配、发展成果共享、层际分配、产出和投入五个层面的有机整合为切入点,并结合我国具有城乡二元结构等实际情况,初步构建我国居民收入分配和谐度指标体系,为我国政府的相关部门解决居民收入差距提供决策参考和分析框架。
英文摘要：
Social income distribution harmonious degree is used to measure the harmonious degree of social income distribution,which is refers to the relationship degree of income distribution and efficiency distribution within a specific area,which concerns income distribution equity and economic efficiency.This article attempts to establish the Index System of harmonious degree of our residents income distribution preliminarily from two aspects of efficiency and fairness,labor income distribution and development results sharing,and layer interstate distribution,output and input five levels of organic integration as the breakthrough point,and combining with Chinese dual structures,which provides decision-making reference and analysis framework for our government＇s related department.
