根据天津市城市社会经济调查队提供的数据，运用泰尔指数分解法和费景汉一拉尼斯分解法，从经济发展的角度．分别分解和测算了居民的年龄、性别、受教育程度、工龄、职业、所在行业等家户特征对城镇居民收入差别的影响．并在此基础上计算了各项人口特征的变动对收入差别变动的解释程度。测算结果表明，制约城镇居民收入差别的前三个因素分别是受教育程度、职业及职务、就业的性质。
英文摘要：
According to the data from Tianjin Urban Socio-economic Investigation Team, this paper using Theil index and Ranis-Fei mode calculates the effects of residents＇age,gender,education level, working age, job nature, career as well as industry on income inequality of urban residents from the perspective of economic development. On this basis, the paper measures the influence degree of changes in residents＇ characteristics on changes in inequality. It turns out that education level, career and job nature are the first three effects on income inequality.
