通过全国系统抽样，获取卫生监督机构2001～2006年人员学历教育和参加培训情况的基本资料，进行建设前后比较。结果显示，体系建设3年来，我国卫生监督机构人员参加学历教育人次增加10．0％，且以本科和大专学历教育为主；参加各类培训的人员天数增加39．2％，且以专业知识和执法基础培训为主，但按照（2005～2010年全国卫生监督员教育培训规划》的目标来衡量仍有一定差距。
英文摘要：
By using national systematic samphng survey, obtain the data about personnel education and training in health supervision and inspection institutions from 2001 to 2006. The result shows that in the past three years, the education person-time has increased by an average of 10.0% and the education degrees focused on the undergraduate and junior college, the training days has grown by an average of 39.2% and the trainings mostly focused on the professional and executive skills. According to the ＇ 2005 - 2010 National Health Supervision and Inspection Staff Education and Training Planning＇, there are still some gaps to meet the standard.
