目的从农村卫生服务的需方入手,分析农村居民对现行乡村医生服务的满意程度、存在问题,以及进一步的需求状况,为改善上海市乡村医生服务提供科学的依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的原则,调查并分析上海市8个郊区（县）24个乡镇72个村720名农村居民的意向。结果和讨论上海市乡村医生的现行服务包括服务的内容、方式、质量和态度等方面,即使是在当前社会和经济高度发展、人民生活水平不断提高的情况下,还是能够满足广大农村居民的医疗卫生服务需求的,农村居民的满意程度达到了98.3%。76.0%的被调查村实行了乡村医生一天24小时,随叫随到提供服务的时间模式,96.6%的农村居民认为,这是满足农村居民医疗需求的大势所趋。但是,当前村卫生室硬件建设如设备设施、常用医疗设备更新,乡村医生数量和素质,个别乡镇合并等行政区划对服务可及性的影响,村卫生室服务项目范围过小等成为农村卫生工作迫切需要解决的问题。
英文摘要：
OBJECTIVE To discover rural doctors＇ services status in quo, problems by the residents＇ willing in Shanghai rural area and their and explore the residents＇ demand. METHODS By using stratified cluster and random sampling, the paper surveyed and analysis the willing of 720 residents in 72 villages of 24 towns from 8 districts in Shanghai. RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS the rural doctors＇ service at present in Shanghai, including service＇s content, model, quality and attitude, etc., could meet most of residents＇ health care demand under the condition of social and economical development and people living improve, the approved rate was up to 98.3%. 24 hours＇ service and visiting a patient at home were put into practice among 76.0% of surveyed villages, 96.6% of the residents thought it was a trend to satisfied people demand. But at present, construction of village health station, quantity and quality of rural doctors, service aceessibility, and less service content became the problems that residents expected to resolve.
