目的：比较分析27张高危妊娠筛查表的异同,为探索形成更具时效性和适宜性的高危妊娠筛查表提供依据。方法：运用文献计量分析法和文献边界分析法对27张国内外高危妊娠筛查表进行分析。结果：不同高危妊娠筛查表的框架、条目、条目指标值、条目的评价方式和处理方式、使用频次等均有所不同,特别是筛查条目及条目的指标值方面差别较大。结论：高危妊娠筛查表需要根据目前的技术条件及要求进一步修改,提高筛查表的价值。
英文摘要：
Objective：To comparatively analyze 27 cases of high risk pregnancy screening scales,and obtain evidence for a new high risk pregnancy screening scale of timeliness and suitability.Methods：27 cases of high risk pregnancy screening scales were quantitatively analyzed with Bibliometric analysis and boundary analysis.Results：Different high risk pregnancy screening scales were different among various aspects as the frame,item,index,evaluation mode and using frequency,especially in the items.Conclusion：It is imperative to modify the high risk pregnancy screening scales based on current technological conditions and requirement to improve its values.
