目的:评价2001-2006年间我国卫生监督体系人员流动总体情况。方法:通过全国系统抽样,获取6年来卫生监督机构流动人员的年龄、学历、职称、专业和岗位等基本资料。结果:6年来,卫生监督体系总体上表现为人员净增加;现有人力素质综合得分为6.01分,而新进人员和流出人员的素质综合得分分别为6.27分和5.47分,已经初步形成了“高素质人员流入、低素质人员流出”氛围。
Objective:To find out the general floating situation of staffs of health inspection and supervision system between 2001 and 2006 in China. Method:Use systematic sampling survey to investigate the situation of the flowing staffs of health inspection system during the past six years, including age, education background, professional title and status and so on. Result:In the past six years, the amount of staffs was under control. The human resource comprehensive score on average of present staffs is 6.01, while the inflow and outflow scores are 6. 27 and 5.47 respectively, and the atmosphere of ' high qualified staff in, low qualified staff out' has begun to form.
