场式时栅位移传感器基于时空坐标转换理论,利用电机旋转磁场作为时空坐标系中的运动坐标系,将空间被测位移转换为时间的测量。磁场的质量及磁极对数的选取均与时栅测量精度有关。文章针对场式时栅旋转磁场极对数对时栅精度的影响进行了研究,对于提高时栅精度具有重要意义。
Field-mode time grating displacement sensor is based on the theory of time-space coordinate transformation and uses motor rotating magnetic field as a movement coordinate in time-space coordinates, and the measured displacement of space is converted to a time measurement. The quality of the magnetic field and the number selection of pole pairs are influenced by the measurement accuracy of time grating. The researches have been done on the number of pole pairs of field-mode time grating rotating flux that influences the accuracy of time grating and it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of time grating.
