复杂机电系统已步入智能化、集成化高速发展阶段,但其中最重要的位置精密检测技术却一直依赖外置传感器而无法实现与被测部件的有机融合。本研究尝试将一种全新的寄生式时栅传感技术应用于包含机械驱动、机械传动和机械运动全过程及其典型机电部件,从而构建一种嵌入式位置检测新技术的完整体系。这种技术充分利用被测部件自身具有的机械等分性(电动机绕线槽、齿轮等分齿、轴承均分钢球等)配合以时钟脉冲为位移测量基准的时栅传感器技术,具有一系列突出的产品化优势,有望发展成为一种无传感器位置检测系列化实用新技术。
The complex electro-mechanical system has entered a rapid development of intelligentialize and integration. However, the key position detecting technology heavily depend the subsidiary sensors which is hard to integrate with the measured components A new parasitic time-grating sensing technology is proposed for the fields of the mechanical driven, mechanical transmission and mechanical movement and typical electro-mechanical parts to establish a new complete technology system of embedded position detection. Such technology make the most of the equal mechanical division (winding slots of the motor, gears with equal spatial division, beating steel ball with equal spatial division), and employ the clock pulses as the displacement measuring reference to establish the novel time grating sensing technology. Such technology has the prominent superiority in products, and is expected to become a new position detection serialization technology without sensors.
