基于三相异步电机绕组方式的磁场式时栅位移传感器,通过旋转磁场得到行波信号强度较弱,并容易受到周围磁场的干扰。为了进一步提高时栅位移传感器行波信号的强度,提出一种基于交变光强的时栅位移传感器行波形成方法,并搭建了实验平台。实验表明:该设计方案产生出正确的行波信号,并且所得到的行波信号强度优于磁场式时栅位移传感器产生的行波信号强度。
Magnetic field type time grating displacement sensor based on three-phase asynchronous motor winding, traveling wave is obtained by rotating magnetic field, the obtained traveling wave signal strength is weak, and vulnerable to be interfered by magnetic field around. In order to further improve traveling wave signal strength of time grating displacement sensor, put forward a kind of traveling wave forming method of time grating displacement sensor based on alternating light intensity, and set up experimental platform. Experiments show that the designed scheme generates correct traveling wave signal, and the obtained traveling wave signal intensity is prior to that of magnetic field type time grating displacement sensor.
