就当前笔者目力所及晚清民国存在的旧体诗词社团数目已近千个,而因诗词结社形成的各种文献数量也相当庞大。这是前所未有的,也是当前文学社团研究不应忽视的。晚清民国旧体诗词社团结社类型多样,按社团主要创作文体样式划分,有包罗型、专业型、兼顾型三种;按成因、目的划分,有娱乐型、征友型、宗风型、学术型、教学型等多种。就当前研究来看,人们多偏重＂社＂的一面,对＂团＂的研究多以群体或群笼统论之,即使如此,成果也相当匮乏。这是当前我们在整理诗词结社文献时应当予以重视的。晚清民国诗词结社文献的类型特征与诗词社团的形成、运作方式、活动以及传播、影响等问题紧密相关,具有杂、广、散、残四大特点。要整理晚清民国旧体诗词结社文献,当采取＂抓重点、求完整、有类别、有步骤＂四项原则。晚清民国旧体诗词社团文献,不仅能为近代文学史、民国旧体文学史研究提供丰富的史料,还对近现代文学、民国旧体文学的研究具有开拓意义,同时对近现代史研究也有所助资与禆益。

英文摘要：

There were nearly one thousand Chinese poetry and lyrics associations（ including ＂societies ＂ and＂groups＂） during the Late Qing Dynasty and Republican Period,so naturally the number of poetries by these associations is enormous. The situation is unprecedented,and should not be ignored when we study these associations.During the Late Qing Dynasty and Republican Period,the type of the association is various; we could divide them into three types by literary form： like All-embracing type,Specialty type,and Concomitance type. Also we could divide them by the cause of formation and the purpose： like Amusement type,Lonely hearts type,Local-advocate type,Academic type,Teach type,etc. When scholars study the associations,they pay more attention to the ＂societies＂instead of the ＂groups＂; even when they research the ＂groups＂,the study is insufficiently and indistinctly. I think we should take a notice of this situation when we talk about the association＇s literature. There is a strong connection between the feature of the type of association＇s literature and the issue of Chinese poetry and lyrics association： like its formation,operation,activity,dissemination,and influence. There are four characteristics of Chinese poetry and lyrics association＇s literature in that period： variety,vastness,decentralization,and fragmentary. If we want to sort out the literature of Chinese poetry and lyrics association,we should remember four principles： grasp the key; aspire completeness; classification; take steps. The study of Chinese poetry and lyrics association＇s literature provide useful materials when we research the modern history of literature and the history of Chinese poetry and lyrics literature during the Republican Period; also it has pioneering significance on the research of the modern and contemporary literature and the research of Chinese poetry and lyrics literature during the Republican Period. Meanwhile it will be benefit to the study of the modern history of China.
