Jin -Yuan Ci occupies an important position in the history of Ci poetry. It not only inherited the Ci of the Two Song dynasties but also opened a new era for the Ming and Qing dynasties, playing an indis- pensable role of linking the past and the future. In modern times, many researches concerning Jin - Yuan Ci have been carried out, including theoretical works and case studies of individual poets, as well as some basic works such as collection, collation, compiling, annotation and so on. Among these basic works, anthologies of Jin - Yuan Ci were vital for literature preservation, which also provide reference version and literature basis for the further study and exploration by later scholars.
