选择三种不同的洗衣粉(代号为AJ、BJ及CJ),分别以24 h半数致死浓度(LC50)为中间浓度设定5个剂量组(AJ(mg/L):15.5、20.5、25.5、30.5、35.5,BJ(mg/L):40.5、45.5、50.5、55.5、60.5,CJ(mg/L):62、67、72、77、82),检测洗衣粉对泥鳅红细胞微核形成和核异常的影响.结果表明三种洗衣粉均不同程度地引起泥鳅微核细胞率和核异常率增高,且呈明显的剂量-效应关系.不同种类洗衣粉的LC50不同,但均在LC50左右达到微核诱发的最大值,表明LC50值越大,该洗衣粉遗传毒性越小.三种洗衣粉对泥鳅红细胞具有一定的致突变作用,且不同洗衣粉遗传毒性作用程度不同.
To explor genetic toxicity of laundry detergents to Misgurnus anguillicaudantus, we used three kinds of laundry detergent (NO. AJ,BJ and CJ) and prepared 5 concentrations of each of them according respectively to there LC50(AJ(mg/L) :15.5,20.5,25.5,30.5 and 35.5,BJ(mg/L).40.5,45.5,50.5,55.5 and 60. 5, CJ (mg/L) . 62, 67, 72, 77 and 82). Micronuclei test was employed to test the induction of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies in erythrocytes of M. angullicaudatus by laundry detergents. The results indicated that all three kinds of laundry detergent could increase the rate of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies, which indicated obvious dosage-effect relations. The LC50 of different type laundry detergent was different. The rate of micronuclei induced by LC50 group of different type laundry detergent achieved each maximum value. The results also showed that Laundry detergent has certain mutagenic actions to erythrocytes of Misgumus anguillicaudantus. The mutagenic action of different type laundry detergent is different.
