综述了掺铈硅酸钇镥(Ce:LYSO)闪烁晶体的晶体结构、闪烁性能、闪烁机理与晶体生长的研究现状,分析了目前文献报道的晶体中存在的光输出和能量分辨率不均一等问题,提出了Ce:LYSO闪烁晶体未来研究发展的几个方向,包括Ce、Lu和Y比例优化研究、光输出和能量分辨率等不均一性研究、晶体中氧缺陷的研究、开发火焰法生长工艺的研究。
The scintillation crystal structure, scintillation properties, scintillation mechanism of cerium-doped lutetium yttrium oxyorthosilicate (Ce : LYSO) and research advances of crystal growth are reviewed. Meanwhile, the uneven problems of the light output and energy resolution of the crystal reported in the literatures are analyzed. Several directions for future research of Ce : LYSO scintillation crystals are proposed, including Ce, Lu, and Y proportion optimization, the uneven problems of the light output and energy resolution, oxygen defects in the crystal and the de velopment of growth process with flame fusion method.
