Based on the production practice of a metallurgical company , origin, classification and the effects on the abnormal production of small and medium manufacturing enterprises are summarized , analysis and research.This problem cannot be caused by abnormal in view of many factors in the production of small and medium manufacturing enterprises timely feedback and processing , present situation as well as the production efficiency and the delivery time is difficult to control , design a set of exceptional process control scheme , and constructs a support incident workshop production real time information collection , fast trend analysis , prediction and integrated query information management system .The anomaly management system has been successfully applied in a metallurgical company, the practice has proved that it can improve the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises on production of abnormal processing timeliness , validity , realizes the production of abnormal planning standardization and information .This not only creates good economic benefits for the a metallurgical co ., but also provides a useful reference for other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to solve the problem .
