为了满足现代制造业的敏捷性要求,面向敏捷车间的动态重构方案设计开发,构建基于多代理系统的敏捷制造车间动态重构框架,开发有效的动态模糊重构技术.基于文献述评,提出自上至下以及自下至上相结合的动态重构思想,分析动态重构的内涵及特征,建立融人模糊理论的车间动态重构综合满意度函数.接着,利用协同演化遗传算法求得面向多项工作任务的车间资源重组全局优化解,结合聚类分析法作出敏捷车间动态重构的最满意决策.最后提供陕西装备制造业的重构实例,验证了上述重构方法的有效性及可行性.
In order to meet agility of modem manufacturing industry, dynamic reconfiguration frame- work of agile workshop was built based on multi-agent system, and effective dynamic fuzzy reconfiguration technology was also developed, facing dynamic reconfignration project design and development in agile workshop. Based on literature review, dynamic reconfignration thought was proposed, combined with top- down and bottom-up analysis. Connotations and characteristics of dynamic reconfignration were analyzed. Then, with integration of fuzzy theory, comprehensive satisfaction degree function of dynamic reconfignra- tion was established. Facing multi-job, overall optimization solution of workshop resources reorganization was acquired by co-evolution genetic algorithm. The most satisfied dynamic reconfignration decision was accordingly made for agile workshop, combined with clustering analysis method. Finally, numerical ex- ample in Shaanxi equipment manufacturing industry was provided to test validity and feasibility of above- mentioned reconfiguration technology.
