This article discussed the inheritance and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） from the perspective of knowledge management and established the individual tacit knowledge evaluation indexes of the Chinese Medicine doctor.It provided a reference for selecting the talents who can inherit the essence of TCM.
