As an important component of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in China, minority medicine has notable problem concerning inheritance and talent cultivation. In consideration of theory learning and practical experiences in talent training of TCM, we ponder over some important questions thereof, and bring up viewpoints to support inheritance and talent cultivation of minority medicine, and meet national special needs.
