完善的社区健康管理体系是保障人们健康水平的有效途径。中医药学中蕴含的人文价值观念，体现的生命观、生活观、养生观，简便验廉的特色诊疗手段和适宜技术，均与社区健康管理的要求高度契合。依据多中心治理理论，以群众需求为导向，充分发挥多元主体的作用，协调各方功能，实施中医药特色社区健康管理。弥补我国社区卫生资源不足，凸显我国医药卫生事业的优势。
英文摘要：
The perfect community health management system is an effective way that promotes people＇s health. Chinese medicine includes luxuriant humanistic values and different views of life, existing and keeping in good health. And Chinese medicine also contains lots of characteristical treament means and appropriate technology that are simple, convenient, effective and cheap. These are in consonance with the requests of community health management. In order to make up the lack of community health resources and highlight the advantages of health service of our country, we should carry out community health management that reflects characteristics of Chinese medicine relying polycentric governance theory. In this process, we must be oriented towards the needs of the masses, produce the full effect of multiple subjects and coordinate the functions of all parties concerned.
