The Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） has a tacit characteristic. Therefore, the inheritance and innovation of TCM with the tacit nature should have the abilities of both inheritors＇ characterization, receivers＇ understanding, compre- hension and the promotion ability of an organization system guarantee. Based on the characteristics of the tacit knowledge, we firstly summarized the characteristics of TCM tacit knowledge, and then proposed the performance of Four Elements of TCM tacit knowledge and its transfer path.
