采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、常温拉伸和电子背散射衍射技术等研究了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Sc厚板(35 mm)组织与性能沿厚度方向的变化规律。结果表明:板材表层抗拉强度与心部相差2.5%,力学性能分布较均匀;板材表层与心部的再结晶存在显著的差异,表层再结晶比例达65%,心部仅为4.1%;板材的抗剥落腐蚀能力存在不均匀性,表层的抗剥落腐蚀能力小于心部。
The microstructure and properties evolution of AL-Zn-Mg-Cu-Sc aluminum alloy thick plate along the thickness direction were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy,tensile tests and electron back scattered diffraction. The results show that the difference of tensile strength between surface and heart is 2.5%, the distribution of mechanical properties of panel is uniform. The recrystallization of panel has significant difference in surface and heart. The recrystallization ratio of surface reaches 65%, but the heart is only 4.1%. The exfoliation corrosion resistance capacity of the panel is nonuniform and the surface is better than that of the heart.
