传统的关键成功因素分析方法是基于分析人员的认知能力来评估竞争对手的实力,认知能力的差距导致分析的结果各不相同。原有的分析过程主要依赖的是定性方法,因而分析的结果难以令人满意。针对这些问题,文章设计以信息资源为主导的分析过程,并在此基础上构建基于数据挖掘的关键成功因素分析模型。对模型的处理过程进行解析,并阐述其中涉及的关键技术。
The traditional method for the analysis of key success factors is based on the cognitive abilities of analysts in assessing the competitors' strength. The different cognitive abilities lead to the difference of analysis re- sults. The original analysis process mainly relies on the qualitative method, so the analysis results are difficult to satisfy people. In view of these problems, this paper designs an analysis process with information resources as the guid- ance, and on this basis constructs a key success factor analysis model based on data mining. Finally, the paper analyzes the processing process of the model and expatiates on its key technologies.
